<sub>1. The promotion is valid for Go Royal members only.
2. "Local guests" refer to guests who check in for accommodation using a valid identification card or passport issued by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. "Non-local guests" refer to guests who check in for accommodation using an identification card or passport issued by another region or country.
3. The Campaign period of this Welcome Gift Pack is from 0:00 (GMT+8) 18 January 2024 till 31 March 2024 23:59 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive. Staying period must fall within the Campaign period, and the last redemption date of the Welcome Gift Pack is on 31 March 2024. Participants must become Go Royal members before collecting the Welcome Gift Pack.
4. Members who book rooms through the “Qualifying Room Reservation Channels” (direct booking channels) at The Royal Garden, Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel, and ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL can collect a complimentary Welcome Gift Pack if they stay during the promotional period. Each member can only collect the Welcome Gift Pack once, and only one member can collect the Welcome Gift Pack per room per stay.
5. “Qualifying Room Reservation Channels” means Participating Hotels' official hotel room reservation channels, such as Participating Hotels' websites, Go Royal APP and WeChat Mini Programme, Participating Hotels' official telephone reservation hotlines and emails, and other Participating Hotels approved hotel room reservation channels as may be specified by Participating Hotels from time to time. Unless otherwise specified, third party online platforms, online service providers or online travel agents, such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, TripAdvisor.com etc, are not Qualifying Room Reservation Channels.
6. The Welcome Gift Pack is non-selectable and non-exchangeable. The Welcome Gift Pack is available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
7. Guests must present the redemption pass from the Go Royal APP / WeChat Mini Programme and collect the Welcome Gift Pack at the hotel front desk on or before check-out. The Welcome Gift Pack will not be reissued after check-out. The last redemption date of the Welcome Gift Pack is at 31 March 2024.
8. Two (2) x HK$15 YATA e-Gift Certificates earned from the promotion will be credited to the eligible Go Royal account within two weeks after collecting the Welcome Gift Pack. e-Gift Certificates cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, nor for sale. e-Gift Certificates are only valid for 2 weeks counted from the next day of e-Gift Certificates being issued to account.
9. Each YATA e-Gift Certificate can be used once only and must be presented in the Go Royal APP or WeChat Mini Programme before payment, members are required to present the barcode of e-Gift Certificate during payment for YATA POS system scanning, records stored by YATA POS system shall be final and conclusive. All unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed for cash, change or cash refund.
10. YATA e-Gift Certificate must be used together with a valid Go Royal membership.
11. YATA e-Gift Certificates are only applicable at any YATA Department Stores, YATA Supermarkets and KONBINI in Hong Kong with no minimum spending requirement and no upper limit for number of e-Gift Certificates per transaction.
12. The Tourist Octopus Card is only available for non-local guests and has no deposit and is non-exchangeable & non-returnable.
13. Go Royal, The Royal Garden, Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel, and ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL will not issue replacement Octopus Cards, and shall not be liable for any claim, loss, or damage incurred in relation to any Octopus Card being lost or damaged or stolen in any circumstances.
14. Upon taking part in this promotion, you accept that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of this promotion. Go Royal, The Royal Garden, Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel, ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL reserve the right to modify the Terms & Conditions, or to change or terminate this promotion without prior notice. In case of any disputes, Go Royal and respective hotels reserve the final right of decision.
